Bar staff
£20 per member per hour, with a four-hour minimum. If you bring your own staff, TwentyTwo provides no bar service or assistance.
DJ
Through TwentyTwo’s DJ contacts: £350 for four hours, or £450 on Fridays and Saturdays in December.
Late finish
£75 per hour, subject to the premises licence.
Drinks
The hirer can create a drinks menu, or ask the bar to create one for the hirer’s approval.
Food
Arrange external catering. TwentyTwo does not serve food.

December evening rates apply on any December date. All rates are for exclusive whole-venue hire.
Morning hire is 7am–12pm (midday), with the same prices in December. Consider it for breakfast meetings, brunch parties, baby showers, wedding-morning preparations or photo and film shoots. We do not serve food; arrange your own caterer.

All bookings are final and non-refundable once paid.
Which hire slots are available?
Morning 7am–12pm (midday), Daytime 12pm–5pm and Evening 6pm–midnight, any day of the week.
Is there a deposit?
The whole-venue hire fee is paid in full upfront to confirm a booking. There is no separate deposit.
Can we arrange food and drinks?
Arrange external catering. The hirer can create a drinks menu, or ask the bar to create one for the hirer’s approval. TwentyTwo serves no food.
